My parents have inspired a lot of what I do today. But my greatest lessons came from the experiences that caused me pain. And the greatest pain I've experienced was losing my parents and my older brother, who was my go-to as I developed this process over the past 10 years. I've also had lessons of joy and love watching new life enter and I learned lessons of unconditional love and patience from my children and grandchildren.
So I dedicate this page to my late parents Jake & Judy Swamp and to my late brother Andy. Niawen for teaching me how to be a good human being. And to my children and grandchildren, who I hope do better than the last generation.
Find below the Ohen:ton Karihwatekwen dedicated to everyone who seeks to express their gratitude to creation every day. It is spoken in Kanienkeha language but is also translated to English in written form. Don't forget to check back weekly for a new affirmation to learn to help live with intention!
